I'm probably best known for my friendly, enthusiastic energy and entrepreneurial spirit while helping my clients buy and sell real estate in the Santa Cruz community. The match-making aspect of buying real estate is one of my favorite parts of the job. Each region has a unique vibe and offers its residents a lifestyle most other areas in the Bay Area just can't compete with. When working with my sellers I especially enjoy working to "paint the picture" of what each individual home offers to effectively attract the ideal buyers, as well as creating unique marketing experiences both online and for the neighborhood.

I believe that communication and attention to detail are the key ingredients to exceptional service. I also consider lifelong learning crucial and continue to stay educated on how to best utilize the industry’s resources, latest technology, and fresh marketing techniques to best serve my clients in today’s market. I am focused on helping my clients live a more resource-efficient, sustainable lifestyle while saving both money and energy consumption, as well as reducing overall waste.

Being an active member of the community is incredibly important to me. I especially enjoy volunteering regularly, attending seminars and local events; I believe that having a strong community transforms the place where you live into genuinely feeling like home. When I'm not working with my clients, you’ll most likely find me watching my husband surf, volunteering for the SPCA or MBOSC, riding my beach cruiser around town, mountain biking at Wilder Ranch or walking my pup Dash along West Cliff.
